Stop stopping. Get better.

As a part of my inability to draw I’ve been looking at videos to study the basics. Something I have always been shit at is cross-hatching. So I looked at a few videos about how to cross-hatch. Then I cross-hatched.

I’ll keep going through various videos then revisit materials to track progress. That plan lacks a lot more plan than I like in a plan. But I’ll figure it out as I go along.

Some of the key things to experiment with as a part of learning:
Stroke length
Stroke thickness
Stroke spacing
Stroke directions
A mixture of the above
Use a pen (or pens)
